New Capabilities & New Year
We’re adding capabilities to even further improve our products and turnaround time! We recently installed a new booklet finisher which provides a square spine to saddle-stitched booklets. The booklet finisher makes square back booklets with a similar appearance to perfect-bound books with the security of stapled, saddle-stitched booklets at an extremely cost-effective price. The square back booklets add a level of sophistication and polish to your projects; they also lay much flatter than regular saddle-stitched booklets and stack more neatly. Square back booklets are an ideal solution for getting a high-quality booklet appearance without the expense of perfect binding and are economical at any volume. These beautifully finished booklets are now a standard offering.
We also installed an additional color digital press the last week of December. The biggest difference between our new color digital press and our existing color digital presses is sheet size capability: the new machine can print sheets up to 13” X 26” in size. The larger sheet size will enable an expansion of low-cost poster production up to the 13” X 26” size (even larger poster sizes are available on our wide format printer) and also enable production of a broader size range of multiple-panel folding pieces and landscape-oriented booklets. Another fringe benefit is the additional color printing production capacity: greater production capacity will enable even faster turnaround times, particularly on very large color printing jobs.
With the turning of the calendar to 2019, businesses and organizations in Dallas and beyond will be working diligently to further improve their results over their 2018 achievements. We are privileged to help many businesses and organizations with their print-related marketing and operational needs. With our broad graphic design and mailing expertise complementing our extensive (and growing) printing capabilities, we are well positioned to handle whatever printing, marketing, graphic design, or mailing services you may need in 2019.
