The chart below shows the results of a survey of 250 creative advertising and design agencies. The survey was done a number of years ago, but the results remain highly relevant.  Those surveyed were asked to rank each of eight purchasing considerations in terms of importance in selecting one printing company over another. They were asked to use a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most important criteria in selecting a printer.
