Static Clings
Dallas Printing makes static clings – an ideal solution for temporary signage needs for up to three months on glass. They are extremely convenient for businesses that want to regularly update their marketing messages. In addition to glass applications, they may possibly also be used on other smooth, clean surfaces such as metal and plastic. Static clings can be printed in full color and cut to almost any shape and size; the static cling vinyl substrate is available in both white and clear versions.

DALLAS PRINTING also has a somewhat unique capability to make static clings that are readable from both sides (double-sided static clings). We use a clear static cling substrate and print the images visible from each side with a white ink opacity layer in-between so that each side’s image has a white backing behind it, ensuring that it is clearly readable from its intended vantage point.

For static cling installation, the surface must be clean, smooth, and as close to room temperature as possible. Cold surfaces reduce the cling of the vinyl. Temperature, wind, and rain may limit the bond of static cling vinyl to exterior windows.
