I had to be out of the office during the process and the gentleman who took over in my absence was very impressed with the service that Lacie provided. She was so helpful and kept us informed on when our order would be ready and then when it was picked up by our delivery service and on its way to us. I so appreciate the attention to detail as this event is very important to my boss! :o)
